Coming out of the recession, The Reserve at Lake Keowee needed to increase quality leads for potential home buyers. The challenge was that there was a much larger competitor with a much larger marketing budget than The Reserve’s.  Our solution was to differentiate this community from the competitive community across the lake.  We focused on a more intimate, year-round community sensibility, highlighting “living” in the community rather than sporadic visitation that occurs at the larger competitor.
