Years ago, I was part of a team that put together a sales center for a large development. We recognized we were selling a lifestyle, not just a house. So, the sales center was a “retail store” as well…selling books, clothing and home/lifestyle accessories that allowed prospects to take a bit of the lifestyle with them.
