Are you one of those people who would love a full size keyboard that works with your iPad?  Well you’re in luck because Cruxcase has debuted a new keyboard case that turns your iPad into a laptop.   The iPad simply slips into a sleeve that is attached to the keyboard and you’ve got a laptop that is only 19mm tall.  To put that into context, the Macbook Air is 17mm.  As a person who loves to travel with my laptop, I would definitely purchase this case from Cruxcase, and even give it as a Christmas gift.

Cruxcase is a company that makes products that integrate with Apple products and plan to be in full production with this in late October, just in time for the Holiday’s.

Cruxskunk is using a company called Kickstarter, to raise funding for this product.  Kickstarter is a crowd funding platform for creative endeavors that was founded in April 2009.  So far, Cruxskunk has   raised more than $135,000, bypassing their goal of $90,000, and still have 30 days left in their campaign.

What do you think Apple thinks of this company (and many more for that matter) designing products to increase the efficiency of their own devices?  Seems like a win-win situation to me.
