Flash Designer/Developer Qualifications and Requirements: Qualifications: 4+ years experience in Flash design and/or scripting and a Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, computer science or a related field. Must have expert level of Actionscript programming; Actionscript 2 and OOP; and knowledge of Flash Compression techniques and file structuring practices, Flash animation techniques using both the timeline and programmatic motion; exprience creating dynamic Flash applications that use XML and server side technologies, Flash Remoting and Communication Server experience a plus. Must have expert knowledge of encoding audio and video within Flash; be proficient with Photoshop/Illustrator/Fireworks; have experience with HTML/Javascript/XML and have good communication skills and ability to work closely designers. Must have ability to understand and conceptualize with Flash as a creative tool executing visually appealing work. Ability to translate traditional creative work into fully functional and compelling rich media is critical.
