I'm just grateful to have a reprieve from Justin Long BEING a Mac. I use a Mac. I have an iPhone. I'm an Apple guy...

But if Justin Long IS a Mac, I'm not sure I want to BE a Mac. Does anybody else find him to be self righteous and annoying? Can someone invent an app to make him go away?

Here's a follow up to this post - the NY Times this weekend did a story about how cause campaigns are suffering a little during the recession. The Levi's/Goodwill partnership is highlighted as an alternate way to show support but not spend millions on advertising their feel good campaign.

I agree with you - studies are also showing that green ventures and innovation will be likely recipients of funding in the coming years, and more and more green jobs will be available.

I recently read a similar blog article at Mediapost.com, but focused on water as a critical area that needs to be addressed.

Couldn't agree more...I almost feel like "getting that app" is yet another thing for the to-do list now. To just come across it, hear about it, experience the benefits of it, etc. is where the good marketing is.

I was inspired by your post and wrote a letter to my congressmen. I think it's high time to consider passing some legislation for more 4 day weekends.
